This course will run Monday 16th April 10am – 2 pm – Friday 20th April 10am – 2pm
The purpose of this course is to provide learners with the knowledge and understanding of the retail sector and retail customer service.It introduces learners to the supply chain and different types of retail outlets and occupations found within the sector. It also focuses on the importance of communicating with customers and creating positive initial impressions. It will also help learners identify the different types of customer complaints and problems.
